Registration Informations;

• Fees Include VAT.
• Registration fees include participation in scientific meetings, coffee-break refreshments and lunches within the scope of the program.
• You will be asked to provide proof of student status. You must be send your student certificate to asrs2023@burkon.com after registration.

Virtual Registration Includes;

• Access to all sessions that will be available online from the two main lectures theatres sessions. This will include all the keynote addresses

Accompanying Person;

• Accompanying person could attend only social events for a fee.

Virtual Registration Form;

• Registration must be done by filling the Virtual Registration form, one form per person
• If student registration is selected, please provide proof of present enrollment in an academic institution; otherwise, you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.
• A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully.
• Burkon Tourism not accept requests by telephone If you have any difficulty with registration, please send an e-mail to asrs2023@burkon.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy;

• We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less 50$ processing fee for cancellation requests made by January 31, 2023 at 23:59 (GMT+1). No refunds will be granted for cancellation after January 31, 2023.
• If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to asrs2023@burkon.com
• Refunds will be issued after the congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in American Dollars.
• ASRS 2023 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
• By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.

Services Included in Accommodation Fee;

• Fees Include VAT.
• Fees Include Accommodation Tax.
• Accommodation prices include check-in on Thursday, March 30, 2023, check-out on Saturday, April 1, 2023, 2 nights room + open buffet breakfast.
• Check-in time to hotel rooms is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 on the last day.

• Fees Include VAT.
• The above fees are for mass transfers on 30 March 2023 check-in day and 1 April 2023 check-out day. Mass transfer times will be announced soon.
• Our staff at the airports will welcome you with congress poster.
• Private transfers on other days are 65 $ per person one way.

Cruise Dinner Informations;

• Program date is 31st March - 08:00 PM (Turkish Time Zone)
• Cruise Dinner includes VAT.
• Departure and return transfers are included.
• Cruise Dinner registrations must be made during the congress registration. The last registration date is March 15, 2023. On-Site registration will not be accepted.
